Introduction

At Li3NK LLC ("Li3NK," "we," "us," "our"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how MiSquad — a voice-first reminder and note-taking app — handles your information. By downloading and using MiSquad, you agree to this Policy.

MiSquad is designed with privacy at its core. The app does not require account creation, registration, or any personal information to use. You download the app and start using it immediately.

 

What We Don’t Collect

MiSquad does not collect:

•      Your name, email address, or any identifying information

•      Your voice recordings — these are stored exclusively on your device

•      Your reminders, notes, or any content you create in the app

•      Location data

•      Contacts or calendar data

We have no access to anything you create inside MiSquad.

 

What Stays on Your Device

All content you create in MiSquad is stored locally on your iPhone or Android device:

•      Voice recordings for reminders and Brain Dump notes

•      Reminder schedules and times

•      App settings and preferences

This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers. If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

 

Push Notifications

MiSquad uses Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) on iOS and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) on Android to deliver your scheduled reminders. These services require a device token to route notifications to your device. This token:

•      Does not identify you personally

•      Is used solely to deliver your reminders at the time you scheduled them

•      Is not shared with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes

Anonymous Usage Data

MiSquad does not currently use any analytics or crash reporting tools. If we add analytics in a future version, we will update this policy and notify users accordingly.

Third-Party Services

MiSquad uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

•      Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — for delivering iOS reminders

•      Expo — the development framework powering the app

We do not use third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing platforms.

 

Children’s Privacy

MiSquad is not directed at children under the age of 13. Since all data is stored locally on your device, parents and guardians have full control over the app and its content through their device settings. To remove MiSquad and all its data, simply uninstall the app from the device.

Data Security

Since MiSquad stores all user-created content locally on your device, the security of your data is governed by your device’s own security measures (Face ID, passcode, encryption). We strongly encourage keeping your device updated and secured.

 

Your Control Over Your Data

You are in complete control of your data in MiSquad:

•      Delete individual reminders or notes at any time within the app

•      Clear all app data through your device’s Settings

•      Uninstall the app to permanently remove all locally stored content

There is no account to delete and no server-side data to request removal of.

 

Changes to This Policy

If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by posting the revised Policy within the app and updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of MiSquad constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
